Are Mosey Products natural?
Plant-based ingredients form the foundation of our formulations, yet efficacy remains paramount. While some offerings exceed 90% plant-derived content, many ingredients have undergone scientific processes to serve their function.
We do not shy away from using science-backed ingredients when their efficacy and safety profile offer superior results in more conservative quantities than their natural counterparts.
Consequently, we would not define our brand or our products as ‘natural’ or ‘organic’. All ingredients always adhere to global quality standards, are skin-care grade, and have undergone rigorous scientific testing and approval.

What is the shelf life of Mosey products?
Currently, our cleansers have a shelf life of 18 months unopened and 9 months once unsealed. However, please always refer to the purchased product label for exact dates.
Where are Mosey products made?
All Mosey formulations and containers are manufactured in their entirety within India.
Our fine fragrances, unadulterated in composition, comprise of botanical elements sourced from their varying countries of origin.
Are Mosey products safe to use during pregnancy?
Mosey remains committed to crafting formulations of exceptional quality and gentleness. To our knowledge, our current offerings pose no risk when used during pregnancy. However, this information does not supersede medical advice. Our formulations have not undergone specific testing on expectant or nursing mothers. We advise consulting your obstetrician or dermatologist should you have any concerns.
Are Mosey products safe to use for sensitive skin?
Mosey formulations are thoughtfully curated for all skin types and are safe for sensitive skin. However, skin sensitivities can be unique and unpredictable. If you have any concerns, we recommend you conduct a patch test to be sure our formulation agrees with you.
To conduct a patch test; apply a small amount of the product on the inside of your arm or the bend of your elbow. Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Leave the product on for 4-6 hours.
In the unlikely event that you experience an adverse reaction to a Mosey product, we ask that you discontinue use and reach out to us using the contact form. If the issue persists, please contact your general practitioner or your dermatologist.
Do Mosey products contain any allergens and how do I know if I'm allergic?
At Mosey, our ingredient selection has been meticulous from the outset. We employ only proven safe and gentle elements, while consciously omitting an extensive array of potentially concerning substances. Our comprehensive list of excluded ingredients is available here.
Each product page provides a full ingredient disclosure for your reference. Our formulations contain pure, botanically rich oils. Should you suspect a reaction after using a Mosey product, we recommend conducting a patch test before further application.
While we strive for universal gentleness, we acknowledge that skin responses are inherently unique. For any concerns, we advise consulting with a dermatologist for personalised guidance.

How does Mosey select ingredients for its products?
Selecting ingredients at Mosey begins with the process of elimination. Any ingredient that posits any harm on our skin, animals or ecosystem is disregarded. From there, only necessary ingredients that have a proven record of safety and efficacy are considered.
Do Mosey products contain synthetic fragrances?
Mosey offerings do not contain any amount of synthetic fragrances or synthetic boosters.
Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is complimentary on all Mosey orders within India.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
We understand the anticipation of an arriving order. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas.
- 5-7 business days for more remote locations.
While these are our usual delivery timeframes, please note they are estimates and may vary slightly.
Where is my package and how do I track it?
Tracking details will be emailed to you by our delivery partner once your order is dispatched. If you don’t receive them or need further assistance, please reach us at hello@moseycare.com.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you’d like to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch with us right away at hello@moseycare.com or via our contact form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@moseycare.com or through our contact form. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make adjustments, but we’re here to assist in any way we can.
What should I do if a product is incorrect, missing or has been damaged during transit?
We’re sorry to hear there’s an issue with your order. If your product is incorrect, missing, or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at hello@moseycare.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item upon unboxing and a brief description of the issue. Our team is here to make things right and ensure you have the best experience possible.
I believe my order was lost in the mail or stolen, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear about this. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please email us at hello@moseycare.com.
While we cannot take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by our shipping partners, we’ll do our best to work with you and our courier to locate your order and find a resolution.
What should I do if my package arrives open or tampered with?
We recommend carefully checking your package upon delivery. If you notice that the outer packaging is open or the seal has been tampered with, we kindly ask you not to accept it.
In case you do accept an open package, we won’t be able to take responsibility for missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Instead, please refuse the delivery and reach out to us at hello@moseycare.com. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
What is Mosey's return and refund policy?
We want you to feel delighted with your Mosey products. If, for any reason, you’re unsatisfied, we accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for items that are unused and have their secondary packaging/seal intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, inserts, and the invoice.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the secondary packaging seal has been broken unless the product was damaged during transit or you received an incorrect item. In such cases, shipping fees will also be refunded. For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
All returns are subject to a quality assessment upon receipt. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
